We bought Air Asia flight tickets to
Taiwan during promotional period for about RM560 per person (to and fro). We bought the tickets 8 months ahead. I flew over with Simon, his parents, his cousin and wife.
We stayed at one of the hostels in
National Taiwan Normal University (Shi Da).. for about TWD2,200 per room per night. Our rooms come with ensuite bathroom, living room, and a mini pantry. The rooms are very clean and tidy.
They have other hostels within the same university at different price range. Ours include breakfast as well.
We went over to
Shi Da night market for supper. This is one of the few dishes we tried at night.
